Shipping and Delivery Time

In Sumerian Seeds Bank we manage your orders with great discretion and security. We use a special packaging, without any indication of its content, provided with the necessary protection measures so that the transport is carried out in complete safety and the seeds reach their destination in perfect condition.

When validating the purchase, our system automatically sends a confirmation email with the assigned order number. Later you will receive a second email with the tracking number assigned by the carrier that will allow you to track the order from the carrier's website in real time.

* If the shipment of your order is made by ordinary mail we will send you a confirmation e-mail when it leaves our warehouses, but the carrier will not assign a tracking number with which to track the order and we can not guarantee the delivery success.

During the purchase process you can select different shipping and payment methods. The fare varies depending on your choice and the country of destination. The system automatically calculates the rate to be applied and this is reflected in the final price before the validation of the purchase.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, overseas territories (Reunion, Martinique, Guadeloupe ...), Bulgaria, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela can not exceed 2 kilos and they are made by ordinary mail *.

Shipments to Argentina and Turkey are made by courier, in an estimated time of 7 to 10 working days from the date of issue. This service is not available for orders of seeds lower than € 50 and we are not responsible for possible failures in deliveries due to the authorities of the country.

Available payment methods:

Credit or debit card
If you select this payment method, when validating the order you will connect directly with a secure payment gateway, operated by Redsys, where you can enter your credit or debit card details to make the payment.

Bank Transfer
If you select this payment method, you must make the deposit or the transfer in our bank account indicating the code of your order. We will provide you with the bank details and the order code once you have validated your purchase. Your order will not be sent until the entry in our account has been verified.

Cash on delivery
If you select this method of payment, you must make the payment of your order in cash at the time of delivery.

Bitcoins
If you select this payment method, when validating the order you will connect directly with an integrated payment gateway for cryptocurrencies, operated by CoinPayments, where you can make the payment securely and instantaneously. Payments made with bitcoins can not be modified or returned.

Cash Payment
If you select this method of payment, you must send an envelope by registered mail with the amount of your order in cash. We only accept euros and we will automatically round up the amount of your purchase so that you only have to send tickets. As soon as we receive the payment, we will prepare your order and send it to you.

Customs
